Part of our clientele uses the system of subsidized legal aid. We apply for subsidized legal aid for the client at the Legal Aid Council in The Hague. If a personal contribution is imposed by the council, we can request special assistance from the municipality. Then our effort does not cost the client anything. Incidentally, the system of personal contributions and subsidized legal aid is quite complicated in connection with the many exceptions. If you call us, we will give an explanation.
If you do not qualify for subsidized legal assistance, we will discuss an hourly rate with the client that varies between
€ 150.00 and € 200.00 excluding VAT. We may also be willing to take a case at a fixed rate. You can consult with us on this matter
